In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") that are outside the area of responsibility of Rothmeyer Consulting, liability will only come into effect in the event that Rothmeyer Consulting has knowledge of the content and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use in the case of illegal content. Rothmeyer Consulting hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were set, no illegal content was recognizable on the linked pages. Rothmeyer Consulting has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages.
